Perlé Nero is the first and only Blanc de Noirs from the renowned Ferrari winery, made through the classic method of sparkling wine production and by maturing only Pinot Noir grapes for approximately six years. A long process that gives life to a unique bubble with a great personality.

The golden color is accompanied by multiple aftertastes full of elegance and persistence; a sensorial journey between fruity and mineral notes, up to toasted hints that characterize Perlé Nero as a creamy and surprisingly savory sparkling wine.
