Pinot Bianco Alois Lageder is the most common white wine in Alto Adige, cultivated as a vine since the end of the nineteenth century. It has a bright color with greenish reflections, the nose shows fruity hints of apple, pear, citrus fruits. It's a dry and well balanced wine that goes perfectly with fish starters, salads and white meats.

Alois Lageder wines are the combination of nature and innovation and contain all the typicality of the native territory. Pinot Bianco in particular is produced with carefully selected grapes from the hillside vineyards at 500mt in the small towns of Magrè, Cortaccia, Salorno, Pochi and Tesimo, which mark the wine route among the most famous ones in Trentino-Alto Adige.

From these very calcareous soils mixed with gravel and sand comes the typical pleasant minerality of the Pinot Blanc Alois Lageder. The grapes are vinified with soft pressing, and spontaneous fermentation takes place in steel vats with aging for 5 months on the fine lees, of which 20% in large oak barrels.
