Avoid correcting the taste of wine in the cellar, if not with natural methods such as fermentation together with the grape stalks, pressing the manual press and aging in barrique.Podere Gualandi is committed to respecting the environment: the water used is recycled and the heating and hot water are produced by solar energy. Electricity is produced by solar panels. Processing fields are preferred works handmade and minimizes the use of the tractor. The company is registered with the registry operators organic since 2008.
