Rosso dei Notri

Tua Rita's Rosso di Notri is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Franc and is born in Alta Maremma, in the area of the metalliferous hills. The grapes come from vineyards that rest on predominantly clayey soils and with a conspicuous presence of skeleton. The company was founded in 1984, when Rita and Virgilio bought 2 hectares of vineyards, which over the years have become 30. The vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel vats. The Sangiovese is then always aged in steel, the other vines are aged in French barriques.

Tua Rita's Rosso di Notri has a lively ruby red color, the nose opens on aromas of red flowers and fragrant red fruit, with peppery and vegetable notes. On the palate it is fresh, with lively but balanced tannins.
