The Albertengos have an ancient history, approximately two centuries long. It all began with Giovanni Battista the baker, as well as his entire family. The decisive turning point came in the autumn of 1950 when Domenico Albertengo began the production of Christmas leavened products with a small quantity of around 300 kilos and from there the history of the Albertengo brand began because from 1950 to the present they have only produced high-quality panettone and pandoro its fame as a specialty is known throughout the world.

Albertengo creates his Panettone with only natural yeast without preservatives and with carefully chosen ingredients. May contain soy, nuts and mustard. Store in a cool, dry place.
