Pasticceria Lorenzetti was founded by Renzo in 1970 after years of experience in the most historic pastry shops in the Veronese area and in the following years the family management made the Lorenzetti pastry shop a point of reference for those looking for delicious desserts and genuine products.
Pandoro is the typical Veronese Christmas dessert, known throughout the world. Created at the end of the 19th century, it derives from the "pan de oro" which was served on the tables of rich Venetians. Recognizable by an intoxicating scent of cocoa butter, soft and balanced. Pandoro Lorenzetti comes from only live natural yeast and without brewer's yeast, this gives superior softness to all the pandoros normally on the market, with almost 50 hours of leavening for a product out of the ordinary.
