Bellenda's Miraval Extra Dry is a sparkling wine that embodies the essence of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, the result of a careful selection of Glera grapes and a production process that enhances the unique characteristics of the terroir. Produced exclusively with Glera grapes, a native vine of the area, known for its aroma and its ability to give the wine freshness and vivacity. After a delicate destemming and pressing of the grapes, the must is subjected to fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine ages on the fine lees for a variable period, allowing the development of more complex aromas and greater finesse. The sparkling wine is made according to the Charmat method, in an autoclave, which allows for a fine and persistent perlage and to preserve the freshness of the fruit.

Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage, necklace-shaped. Intense and complex aroma, with fruity notes of golden apple, white peach and pear, enriched by delicate floral nuances of acacia and wisteria. Fresh, balanced and savoury taste, with a pleasant fruity aftertaste and a pleasant acidity that balances the sweetness. Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs very well with appetizers, canapés and light starters. It harmoniously accompanies delicate first courses such as risottos, pasta with fish or vegetable sauces, and second courses based on fish or white meats.
