Crémant de Loire Brut

The Domaine Les Sablonnières was taken over by Tony Raboin and Pascal Busson in 1990, the headquarters are located in Doué-la-Fontaine in the Loire region, and since 2010 the vineyard is managed organically. Today it has 18 hectares of vineyards, among the wines produced by the Domaine, the Crémant de Loire Brut, the Saumur Blanc Brut and the Val de Loire Chardonnay must certainly be mentioned.

This Chardonnay is marked not only by a fine and persistent perlage, but also by hints of citrus, notes of yellow fruits and hints of pastry; matured on the lees for about 24 months, it soon reveals its proud, intriguing and lively character, capable of inviting over and over again to the glass. Saumur Blanc Brut, on the other hand, comes from Chenin Blanc grapes grown on clayey and calcareous soils; left to rest for 18 months on the lees, it plays on lightness, freshness, tension and flavor. It is a non-artificial bubble, the result of a careful and rigorous transformation of the grapes, without frills.
