Bodega Williams & Humbert was born in 1877 in Jerez de la Frontera in Spain, founded by Sir Alexander Williams, and considered one of the best known in the world in the production of Sherry. The vineyards extend between Jerez and Puerto di Santa Maria, in a land with a high wine vocation and with a perfect microclimate. Here Williams & Humbert is carrying out the Dos Maderas project with care and dedication, according to which Rums are initially produced and assembled in the Caribbean and then finish maturing in Jerez. This process leads to the creation of distillates with complex and particularly pleasant aromas.
