To Ulmo began our history and our journey. In the mid-80s we planted our first vines around the beam of the '500 that has always been owned by their family: an enchanted place full of memories from which we wanted to start a new future. On the shores of the lake Orange and close to its woods, in a fascinating landscape, in 1995 we built the first winery. Here it is also the Iter Vitis museum was born, surrounded by a "field collection" of different Sicilian and Georgian grape varieties, designed to enhance the rich Sicilian wine culture. From the cellar also part of the nature trail The Secret, in which venture out to explore three different paths along the vineyards, discovering wild and unusual landscapes corners.

yellow gold color, aromas of ripe yellow fruit on the nose up to tropical notes. On the palate a good minerality and a vein of acidity harmonize hints of yellow peaches, acacia honey and almond paste. Read torbate, toasted notes that overlook the powerful and balanced finish.
