A'Puddara

Young and innovative reality, for women and like all the Cellars where there are the "Women of Wine" with stubbornness she has increased the hectares of vineyards, after long and articulated negotiations with the ancient and numerous owners of the land.

A'Puddara Tenuta di Fessina is a white Etna from Carricante grapes produced in the vineyard located in Biancavilla in the Contrada Manzudda with a southern exposure and an altitude of about 900 meters. with a soil mainly composed of clayey particles, remains of lapilli, sand and volcanic ashes, with small fractions of potassium, basaltic lava and ancient tuffs.

The white Etna A'Puddara Tenuta di Fessina has a straw yellow color with green reflections with a citrus nose of orange peel, mango, broom, aromatic herbs and graphite. On the palate a great minerality and then citrus and iodine hints.
