To Ulmo began our history and our journey. In the mid-80s we planted our first vines around the beam of the '500 that has always been owned by their family: an enchanted place full of memories from which we wanted to start a new future. On the shores of the lake Orange and close to its woods, in a fascinating landscape, in 1995 we built the first winery. Here it is also the Iter Vitis museum was born, surrounded by a "field collection" of different Sicilian and Georgian grape varieties, designed to enhance the rich Sicilian wine culture. From the cellar also part of the nature trail The Secret, in which venture out to explore three different paths along the vineyards, discovering wild and unusual landscapes corners.

Among the flower of broom and thyme, you can trace the delicate scents of chamomile, hay and Mandarin. Mineral palate with vibrant flavor trail that shake and quench their thirst. Then the rhythm changes to become slower and harmonious, an invitation to enjoy this white copyright with the right calmness fully enjoying every nuance. The end gives a silky tactile sensation with a refined taste of ripe apricots, almond blossom and leaf of basil.
