At the end of a long and exciting experience, in 1997, Federico left Barbaresco and began his career as a freelancer, which continues to develop today. In 2007, together with Roberto Silva and Silvia Maestrelli, Tenuta di Fessina came to life and from the small company that worked only in Italy, it began to grow, they also land abroad, so in a short time and thanks to the production efforts made, he began to produce wines who know how to make full use of the peculiar elements of the places where it is grown. In 2015 he left Tenuta di Fessina and produced the first labels bearing his own name as a winemaker.
