Cerasuolo di Vittoria

The Gulfi company owns 70 hectares planted with vines, in the Chiaramonte areas. For the cultivation of the vines, Guelfi has chosen to keep in use ancient manufacturing processes, such as the hand harvest carried out with great attention. All this to preserve the grape which in the case of mechanical harvesting would be seriously damaged, affecting the quality of the wine.

Over the years the company has set itself the purpose of cultivation, according to the organic order, thus respecting the health of consumers, which is synonymous with quality and respect since it implies non-pollution.

The Cerasuolo di Vittoria is proposed as a typical Ragusano product, the result of the tradition of vinification of the native Frappato and Nero d'Avola grapes, which make clear the abbreviation of the territory of south-eastern Sicily.
