The Vinanti winery was founded in 2009 in Chiaramonte Gulfi in the province of Ragusa in south-eastern Sicily dominated by the Iblei Mountains, with the idea of ​​producing wines with a strong territorial vocation and personality. This is the intent at the basis of the entrepreneurial activity of the Mazza and Ventura families who founded and consolidated the winery on a 15-hectare plot aiming for quality and maximum respect for the environment, nature and Sicilian millennial traditions. according to the dictates of the organic agricolture. The same passionate attention to detail is found both in the vineyards and in the cellar, enhancing indigenous vines such as Grillo, Nero d'Avolla, Syrah, Cerasuollo di Vittoria, Frappato to mention just a few of the varieties at the base of the Vinanti labels, synonymous with Sicilian wine excellence of today.

Lieto is a pure organic Chardonnay from Sicilian vineyards at 450 meters above sea level, well exposed and planted on soil rich in active limestone. Harvest at the end of August at perfect ripeness and fermentation at low temperatures, 12/15 ° C. It matures until spring to obtain natural clarification, after which at least 3 months in steel, and refines another 2 months in bottle. It goes perfectly with a wide variety of dishes, from meats, cheeses, fish and white meats, preferably with strong flavors. An extremely pleasant and tasty white.
