The Dettori winery is among the most representative of "natural" wine producers who, beyond labels and stereotypes, produce wines that have thousand-year-old roots, using production techniques strongly linked to the territory and the historical roots contained within it. Each phase of life in the vineyard is dictated exclusively by nature and the balance of things and in the cellar all we do is accompany the grapes in their transformation into the "nectar of the Gods". Located in a highly suitable area of Sardinia characterized by a unique morphology where a large portion is dominated by wild nature. The Dettori family makes "authentic" wines, without the use of adjuvants and additives or expedients and production techniques that are outside of the production techniques handed down from ancestors and which have as their reference the times of nature and the balance of things and elements.

Il Tuderi di Dettori è prodotto da uve provenieete dal vigneto di Badde Nigolosu utilizzando bassa resa così da avere un vino pieno di frutto. Affinamento in cemento e poi in vetro. Prodotto secondo metodi naturali senza ausilio di coadiuvanti e additivi o controllo sui parametri chimici, preservando l'equilibrio dell'uva e degli elementi.

Il Tuderi di Dettori è un vino rosso prodotto da uve Cannonau prodotto con metodi tramandati dagli avi. Un naso ricco, complesso, intenso ed esplosivo, intensi sentori di frutta rossa matura, marasche, frutti di bosco e balsamico. Al palato è pieno, morbido e fruttato e di grande consistenza, con sentori persistenti di frutta molto matura.
