Vigne Surrau is a young winery immersed in a territory, the Costa Smeralda, where nature shows all its beauty. Born around the 2000s as a family farm with the aim of creating ambassador wines of the territory as beautiful as it is rich in traditional products such as Vermentino di Gallura. Today it is a cellar with a modern and innovative style designed to integrate into the surrounding environment, surrounded by 70 hectares of which about 50 are planted with vines and the large windows on the sides show off the cellar rooms as if to confirm the work done by genuineness, transparency and consistency.

Sciala Vigne Surrau Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is produced from the selection of the best Vermentino grapes from vineyards in the most suitable areas. The vines are grown in Guyot espalier in soils deriving from medium-textured granite weathering. The careful manual harvesting and the attention in preserving the grapes after harvesting impose the maintenance of the grapes at a controlled temperature immediately after the destemming-crushing. After a very light stay on the skins, the alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature around 16-18 ° where it will evolve for a few months in contact with its fine lees.

Sciala Vigne Surrau Vermentino di Gallura DOCG has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and an intense bouquet with notes of ripe yellow fruit and floral and Mediterranean scrub notes. On the palate it is soft, long and persistent with hints and mineral notes.
