The Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG Cucaione derives from the selection and processing of grapes which, in addition to the organoleptic notes, give it the denomination. The vinification process takes place in white with fermentation at 18 ° and continues with a long period of rest in steel, giving life to a full-bodied wine.

The straw yellow color opens to the nose through fresh aromas of white pulp fruit, notes of elderberry, sage and cedar, which give the taste fragrance and persistence.
