The Argiolas winery was founded by Antonio Argiolas in the late 30s of the last century, and step by step it has continued to grow up to the present day counting today on the third generation, Antonio's grandchildren. The link with a wonderful and uncontaminated territory like Sardinia has always been strong and continues to renew that respect for the typicality and the most genuine wine traditions. The vineyards extend for more than 200 hectares in the south-west part of the island, in 5 estates where the traditional Sardinian vines are grown giving life life to a wine of excellent quality, respectful of the typical features of each territory, from the microclimate to the composition of the land.

Vermentino di Sardegna Costamolino is one of the most prized fruits of the earth, famously originating from the north of Sardinia, it was Antonio Argiolas who planted it in the Sisini estate in the central-southern part of the island, among the hills of the historic region of Trexenta north of Cagliari. The vinification involves a careful selection of the grapes, with soft pressing and the use of only flower juice, and subsequent natural decantation, with fermentation at 18-20 ° C for about 20 days. The refinement in the bottle lasts about 3 months, and the result is a fresh and dry wine, perfect with seafood appetizers, fish soups and delicate cheeses.
