Clongiàn is the Gewürztraminer of Corvée from the name of the vineyard located 630 meters above sea level between the towns of Faver and Altavilla in the Cembra valley in Trentino. It is a wine with intense aromas of mandarin, lemon zest and tropical fruit such as lychee and guava, enriched with notes of rose and tarragon, which end up over time becoming transformed into exotic hints. The flavor is rich and concentrated.
The Brut Metodo Classico is obtained from Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards of the Cembra Valley in Trentino of the Corvée winery.
