The company was founded in 2004 with the purchase of a small vineyard in the countryside of Manduria. Today, the company owns about 14.5 ha of farmland. Right from the start, the company's mission has been to produce wines from old vines from 50 to 90 years, grape vine grows in sapling,
a farming system full of personality and with a strong local identity. The Es, primitive Manduria Doc, he immediately attracted attention from food and wine journalists and bloggers fans ... divides critics, the id, you love it or you hate it. Vintage 2004 onwards, Gianfranco Fino gets the most important national awards, even bringing in Puglia in 2010 the title of Winemaker of the year Gambero Rosso award in the Center - South Italy has not gone before, (other winners Josko Gravner, Elio Altare, Romano Dal Forno, Marinella Camerani).
