A friendship that is rooted in jazz music, then matured and strengthened in the years through the common passion for wine and the native vines of the Tavoliere. Behind it all, the belief that they can also produce the sparkling South valuable, and intuition - later revealed as a winner - to be able to exploit in the "bubbles" the indigenous variety of "Bombino Bianco" in sparkling wine that is able to express himself in his fullness. The rest is business skills and an extraordinary attachment to the territorial source values. And 'so that three friends, Jerome D'Amico, Louis Ulrich Pirate and Prior have created, in 1979, the popular and renowned production of sparkling wines "of Araprì", unique Apulian reality that produces only sparkling wine with the classic method, including the very few in the whole south of Italy. In the 2nd Report sull'Eccellenze of Italy EURISPES attributes to the Araprì boasts "Principles of Spumanti". Finally the awards in 2013 with the Oscar for Best Sparkling Wine conferred by Bibenda-Italian Sommelier Association and 2015 with Wine Emotion of Sparkle Cooking & Wine Guide, in a sense, crowning the work of thirty years and finally the territory of the Daunia states for the first time in the Italian market as a suitable area for the sparkling wine with the classic method. A d'Araprì of the merit of being the first winery in launching and guiding the affirmation of indigenous sparkling, especially in southern Italy. Sparkling wines of the House of Araprì are certainly not the ones that dominate the advertising pages of magazines: their secret is guarded jealously and is revealed only to the most trusted friends.

It has a bright yellow color with golden reflections and fine bubbles. From the nose of great elegance and balance, aromas of tobacco, honey, apricots and citrus hints. The spacious and pleasantly creamy mouth and very lively acidity which supports the best structure of the wine.
