Primitivo di Manduria Talò

The Primitivo di Manduria Talò wine is produced with homonymous grapes that follow a specific process of vinification according to the company philosophy. The result is a bottle for great sensory experiences.
The wine production begins with the temperature-controlled maceration for 10 days, continues with the alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts and ends with the refinement in French and American wooden barrels for 6 months.

The ruby color with violet reflections opens up to the nose through aromas of ripe cherries, plums, cocoa and vanilla giving the flavor a great structure, softness and sweetness.
