Chardonnay

The Antinori winery does two things: the Tormaresca project was born to enhance the native Apulian vines from which this fresh Chardonnay originates. Two wineries in their own right but linked by the same wine philosophy and savoir-faire.
Chardonnay Tormaresca is the fruit of homonymous grapes harvested and carefully processed through soft pressing, natural decanting, fermentation with selected yeasts in steel tanks and the final refinement and bottling.
Each step of the processing is designed and put into practice to keep intact the aromaticity of the original grapes, an essential element for quality wines.

The straw yellow color with greenish reflections releases to the nose fresh and pleasant hints of white fruit (pineapple and peach) and floral jasmine, well blended for a fragrant and balanced flavor.
