Costa del Vento is one of Vigneti Massa's Piedmontese white wines produced thanks to the rebirth of Timorasso. In fact, in the 1980s, the Walter Massa farm brought to light the potential of this historic Piedmont vine, extending the region's enological value to the world of white wines as well. Costa del Vento is a wine that arouses interest for its ability to best express all the characteristics of its land and its vine.

The production of Costa del Vento respects the vision matured in the company: for Vigneti Massa, wine is made in the vineyard and in the cellar, not necessarily with brands and documents. Thus each process takes place according to tradition, with accurate and specific activities in which man and the environment work together perfectly. Among these, the refinement is particularly important, in the bottle for at least 12 months.

Costa del Vento by Vigneti Massa is mineral and savory. In the air it releases floral notes, freshness and important body in the mouth. It amazes with a persistent and elegant finish.

The refinement of the Costa del Vento is ideal to accompany fish dishes, even elaborate ones, or cheeses. Serve at a temperature between 12 ° and 14 ° C.
