The 100 day wine from the Massimo Abbate winery has a straw yellow color with golden reflections; It has a fine and persistent perlage. Aromatic nose, intensely floral and fruity, with hints of peach, apricot and orange blossom. On the palate it is fresh, lively and pleasantly sweet with a light minerality.

Massimo Abbate's farm is located in the magnificent territory of Castagnole Lanze, a small town between Monteferrato and the Langhe, in the province of Asti. Massimo Abbate's company is exclusively family-run and is managed trying to get the most out of the soil and the environment, without exploiting or mistreating it. Massimo Abbate was born in 1983, a winemaker and the son of grape traders. Since childhood he has always had a strong passion for nature, wine and vineyards. He therefore decided to attend the Oenology School of Alba, obtaining his diploma in 2003. To delve deeper into oenological aspects he worked in the sector as a consultant for more than 10 years, perfecting production techniques and sensorial analyzes of wines. In 2015 he took over the helm of the family business, which is spread across 3 different municipalities: Castagnole Lanze, Coazzolo and Neive. There are approximately 8.5 hectares of vineyards cultivated with 60% Moscato d'Asti, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, Barbera d'Asti and Langhe Nebbiolo for the remaining 20%. He immediately put into practice the long experience acquired, with the aim of making part of the grapes produced into wine. Thus in 2018 the first bottles of Langhe Nebbiolo and Barbera d'Asti Superiore were born, put on the market starting from June 2020.
100 days signed by Massimo Abbate is a wine that comes from "Moscato" grapes, the age of the vineyards from which it comes have a life of about 30 years. Viticulture takes place with a rational harvest, therefore preserving and respecting the product and nature. The 100 day wine harvest takes place between the end of August and the first ten days of September, its vinification is carried out in an autoclave for approximately 40 days, continuing to maintain low temperatures and an overpressure of 2.5 bar. Once its process is finished it is bottled and put on the market.
