Sorì Tildin

Barbaresco Sorì Tildin Gaja is a Barbaresco DOCG from the cru of the Sorì Tildin vineyard in which Nebbiolo grapes are grown with great care. After the strictly manual harvest, the vinification takes place in stainless steel vats to mature about 12 months in barriques and then another 12 months in large barrels.

Barbaresco Sorì Tildin Gaja has an intense ruby red color with a complex nose with vibrant hints of ripe red fruit such as black cherries, spices and balsamic which follow one another in a continuous discovery. On the palate it is warm and full with elegant tannins and an unusual freshness.
