The Capovilla distillery was founded in Rosà in the province of Vicenza by Vittorio Capovilla in the 1970s, who as a technician and mechanic of oenology tools first, decided to become an entrepreneur in the distillation sector. After learning the secrets of distillation in Germany, Vittorio Capovilla's company produces distillates from organic farming, from fruit that is spontaneous and always cultivated with maximum respect for the environment.

This grappa is produced from a fruit of excellence such as peaches from Volpedo, a village in the province of Alessandria. The fruit is distilled in a water bath at very high temperatures above 100 ° C, which allow to preserve the aromas of the peach. A grappa with a unique taste.
