The Castello di Uviglie has an ancient history that dates back to the 13th century, during which its ownership has changed several times and has crossed the history of Monferrato in Piedmont. Today the Simone Lupano winery represents a production reality that extends for 120 hectares of which 25 are planted with vines. The production is based on the most modern technologies without ever neglecting the ancient traditions rooted in the territory for 5 centuries. The cellar has a collection capacity of 3500 hl and produces 90,000 bottles a year.

Emanuela is produced with grapes of the Barbera variety grown on the hills of Monferrato. Both fermentation and maturation take place in steel to preserve the organoleptic properties of the fruit. The wine undergoes a natural refermentation before being bottled. Ideal with salami, pasta with meat sauce, boiled meats and slightly aged cheeses.
