The Plantation collection was born from the passion for Rum and Cognac of the French entrepreneur Alexandre Gabriel, who in 1989 came across Maison Ferrand, a prestigious company of spirits and liqueurs. From this happy meeting the opportunity arises to intercept the best plantations and the best Caribbean rums, products for personal use or to raise the quality of other assemblies, creating an ad hoc line of vintage Rums with unique characteristics and expression of excellence in the art of this distillate. The Rum Plantation are aged in the Caribbean, exposed to the typical hot and humid climate, to then be brought to France where they are carefully refined to enhance elegance and personality. Today Alexandre Gabriel is the owner and president of Maison Ferrand and continues to experiment with Gin, Cognac and Rum with unique and inimitable flavors.

Xaymaca Special Dry Plantation é blend di rum prodotti a partire da una fermentazione lunga che va da una a tre settimane e distillati in alambicchi pot stil John Dore a Long Pond e in Vendome a Clarendo. I rum per comporre il blend sono scelti per offrire all'appassionato un rum antico e pregno della tradizione jamaicana di grande intensità e complessità, potenza e fascino.

Xaymaca Special Dry Plantation si presenta di color ambra ed un naso pieno di ricordi dove si riscontrano note fruttate, erbacee, spezie e frutta tostata.
