Pandoro Tradizionale Tiri is an iconic Christmas cake, the result of an artisanal process that enhances the quality of the ingredients and the mastery of the pastry chefs. Its eight-pointed star shape and its softness make it unmistakable. Like panettone, pandoro Tiri also relies on slow natural leavening, obtained thanks to the use of mother yeast. This process gives the product a unique softness, an intense aroma and superior digestibility. Each stage of production, from the preparation of the dough to baking, is carried out by hand by expert pastry chefs.
