The salted caramel panettone recipe calls for the use of high-quality ingredients, such as wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, raisins and candied orange peel. The special touch is given by the salted caramel, made with natural ingredients and a pinch of Cervia salt, which perfectly balances the sweetness of the panettone. Each Tiri panettone is made entirely by hand by expert pastry chefs, who follow a traditional recipe and a production process that requires great skill and attention to detail.
