As with all Tiri panettone, this variant is also characterized by a long natural leavening, which gives the product exceptional softness and digestibility. The recipe for Chocolate and Apricot Panettone requires the use of selected high-quality ingredients, such as wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, dark chocolate, semi-candied apricots and natural sourdough.

Ingredients: wheat flour, semi-candied apricot (18%) (apricot, glucose syrup, sugar), butter (milk), sugar, fresh egg yolks, dark chocolate (11%) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), natural sourdough (wheat), honey, malt, salt, natural vanilla pods from Madagascar.
