But it was above all the love for the handcrafted product entirely "Made in Italy", which blended together the excellence of fashion and pastry. Ingredients chosen and selected exclusively from the island's production such as sugar, vanilla, citrus honey, hazelnuts, stimulate the palate with unexpected combinations of flavors and aromas.

A slow and gradual leavening, which naturally comes to completion within thirty-six hours, guarantees quality and fragrance to baked goods, in full respect of Madonite confectionery traditions.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs from free-range hens (12%), extra dark chocolate (8.6%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla extract), fine milk chocolate (8.6%) (sugar, cocoa mass, powdered milk, cocoa butter, vanilla extract), fresh egg yolk (5.4%), natural yeast (soft wheat flour), Sicilian honey, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, lemon juice), invert sugar syrup, hazelnut paste, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla.
