Dos Maderas 5+3 is a Barbados Rum, carefully assembled in the Caribbean where it ages the first 5 years in American oak barrels, to then be transferred to the Williams & Humbert distilleries in Jerez de la Frontera in Spain. Here he finishes aging for another 3 years in barrels used for the prized Sherry Dos Cortados, obtaining a distillate with an extraordinary aroma.
