Sylvaner is a pure white wine made from the vine of the same name grown on the steep vineyard at 700 meters above sea level in the Villsceider farm, in the Isarco Valley over the city of Bressanone in South Tyrol. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, and a bouquet of hints of apple and ripe pear with strong floral notes. A dry, fresh and robust wine with good acidity.
