Crema de Mezcal

The Del Maguey Distillery was founded in 1995 by the world-renowned artist Ron Cooper who decided to enhance the then unknown organic Mezcal and distillates according to artisan processes in the small Mexican villages of the Oaxaca area. This research established a strong link between the Del Maguey distillery and the individual territories where certain Mezcals were produced with distinct distinctive characteristics. Each village produces its own particular type of Mezcal certified by the Ron Cooper company, which scrupulously indicates its origin.

Crema de Mezcal, made of San Luis Del Rio for 90% and agave syrup for 10%, on the nose shows aromas of ripe fruit, pear, apple, pineapple and notes of vanilla, almond, coffee and roasted agave, with a smooth smoky orange finish. On one side of the label we find the writing "For women only ... and a few strong men", which says it all about the personality of this intriguing drink.
