The Prope Trebbiano d'Abruzzo from the Velenosi winery is a white wine that embodies the essence of the Abruzzo region. Produced exclusively with Trebbiano grapes, from the company's vineyards located in the municipality of Controguerra, this wine comes from medium-textured soil, rich in skeleton, and a Guyot training system, with a planting density of 5,000 vines per hectare. The harvest, carried out manually between the end of September and the first days of October, guarantees the selection of the best grapes. The vinification involves a cold maceration of about 15 hours, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in concrete barrels. Subsequently, the wine remains on the fine lees for 2-3 months, always at a controlled temperature, to refine its organoleptic characteristics. The Velenosi winery, known for its commitment to quality and sustainability, produces this wine respecting tradition and with an innovative approach. The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC denomination guarantees the origin and quality of the wine, produced according to strict specifications. Vinification in concrete barrels allows the varietal characteristics of Trebbiano to be enhanced, preserving the freshness and minerality of the wine.
