Velenosi's Prope Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo is a refined expression of the Abruzzo region, obtained exclusively from Montepulciano grapes. The harvest, carefully scheduled for the first ten days of September, allows for the selection of the grapes that are best suited to rosé winemaking. The winemaking process is distinguished by the use of cryomaceration, a technique that precedes fermentation and is carried out at low temperatures, in order to enhance the characteristic aromas of the grape variety. Fermentation, which takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, helps preserve the freshness and fragrance of the wine.

In the glass, Prope Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo presents itself with an intense bright pink color. On the nose, floral aromas of rose and violet are perceived, accompanied by notes of small red fruits, such as currant and raspberry. On the palate, the wine is savory and enveloping, with a balanced structure and a notable persistence. The finish is characterized by a pleasant return of floral and fruity notes. This wine pairs splendidly with cold cuts appetizers, fish soups, white meats and fresh cheeses.
