Le Oche

Fattoria San Lorenzo was founded in 1995, but the great passion for viticulture has been passed down from father to son for many generations, in fact, Enrico, Natalino's grandfather (the current owner of the winery) already made wine and worked as a cooper, while his father Gino was a real expert pruner and clone selector. But since 1995 Natalino has decided to take the winery to the next level, developing a new management and production philosophy that is clear and original, allowing the production of wines full of personality that are completely against commercial trends.

Manual harvest, fermentation in steel containers with maceration on the skins for 20 days, using only indigenous yeasts and aging for 15 months in cement tanks after malolactic fermentation. Le Oche is a medium-bodied white wine, fresh and expressive, with pleasant hints of fresh fruit and white flowers. Soft, balanced and smooth, it has a lively and elegant aromatic richness. A wine with an exciting quality/price ratio.

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, intense and complex aroma, with notes of fresh fruit (apple, pear, citrus), white flowers (hawthorn, jasmine) and mineral hints, dry, fresh, mineral taste, good structure and persistence. It pairs perfectly with fish dishes, white meats, fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
