Pecorino Offida 6 Bottles

The entrepreneurs Ercole and Angela Velenosi have combined artisan tradition and cutting-edge technology, creatively interpreting the wine-making process and thus starting a company which grows continually, with Paolo Garbini joining in 2005, and which today spreads worldwide the scents and colours of the Piceno territory through its unique wines.

Pecorino Offida Velenosi is produced with grapes of the same name produced in the vineyards of Ascoli Piceno and Offida at an altitude between 200 and 300 meters above sea level and with medium-textured soil tending towards sandy. Manual harvesting and temperature-controlled storage precede the vinification which takes place in thermo-conditioned steel with fermentation with indigenous and then selected yeasts. It then remains on the noble lees.

Pecorino Offida Velenosi has a bright straw yellow color with good complexity characterized by notes of yellow and white-fleshed fruit such as pineapple, banana, apple and herbaceous. On the palate of excellent freshness which helps a good structure and lengthens its persistence.
