The heart of the company is located in the historic city of Ascoli Piceno, which is located in the Marche region at a distance of approximately 20 km from the Adriatic Sea and at a height of 150/200 meters above sea level. The company's farms extend across the hills that surround the splendid valley of the Tronto river, which, thanks to its clayey and fertile soils, has always been suited to the cultivation of vines. In addition to the four companies located in Ascoli Piceno, Castorano, Monsampolo del Tronto and Castel di Lama, there is a vineyard in the area of ​​Ancarano (TE) and in the area of ​​San Marcello (AN), between the Castelli di Jesi.

Rose from the Velenosi winery is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes whose vineyards are located approximately 150/200 meters above sea level, favored by good sun exposure. The climate is humid and cold winters with snowfall even at low altitude. Summers are characterized by a mild climate influenced by sea breezes. The harvest is manual with the choice of the best grapes then placed in small boxes and after soft pressing and for the Pinot Noir grapes there is a light permanence on the skins; after 12 hours of settling, selected yeasts are inoculated and fermentation begins in steel tanks. In spring the liquère de tirage is added and then bottled. The bottle with crown cap is placed in stacks for secondary fermentation and left to rest in the cellar for 60 months.

Rose from the Velenosi winery has a pale pink colour, on the nose the aromas are of fruity aromas, wild strawberries, wild berries, citrus fruits and floral notes. The taste is balanced and fresh.
