Campo Delle Oche

Fattoria San Lorenzo was born in 1995, but the great passion for viticulture has been handed down from father to son for many generations, in fact, already Enrico, Natalino's grandfather (the current owner of the cellar) made wine and worked as a cooper, his father Gino instead he was a truly expert pruner and clone selector. But since 1995 Natalino decided to take the winery to the next level, developing a new, clear and original management and production philosophy, allowing him to produce wines full of personality, completely against commercial trends.

Campo Delle Oche is a white wine produced by the Fattoria San Lorenzo winery which selects only Verdicchio grapes. The exposure of the vineyard is South-West and the soil is sandy and clayey, at an altitude of 380 metres. The cultivation is organic. Fermentation takes place only through the use of indigenous yeasts in steel, with maceration on the skins for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation carried out. The refinement period is divided into three moments: 2 months in cement, 36 months in steel on the yeasts, then 6 months in the bottle.

Campo Delle Oche is a white wine produced by the Fattoria San Lorenzo winery, with a straw yellow color, with brilliant reflections, the nose is pleasantly fruity and floral, with notes of pear, almonds and white flowers, slightly spicy. In the mouth it is remarkably fresh and balanced in character, with a long and very persistent finish.
