The careful processing and use of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes make Ca 'del Bosco Vintage Collection Brut an unmistakable sparkling wine with pleasant aromatic notes. Each facet of taste and aroma is due to the passages of the winemaking process concretely expressed in fermentation, degorgement and long aging of 4 years in contact with its own yeasts. The lively straw yellow color opens to the nose through mineral, citrus and pineapple notes. A persistent perlage characterized by a fresh and balanced taste with a surprising hint of hazelnut.
