Vintage Collection Extra Bru

Ca 'del Bosco Vintage Collection Brut sparkling wine is the result of a careful selection and processing of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Nero grapes.

Following the pressing in the absence of oxygen, the must ferments in small oak barrels; we proceed with the creation of the cuvée (7 months after the harvest), the refinement in the bottle and the dégorgement in the absence of oxygen according to the exclusive method of the Lombard cellar.

The lively straw yellow color has a persistent perlage; the nose opens with citrus, tropical notes of pineapple and mineral scents. Hazelnut aftertaste make the sip balanced, fresh and dry.
