Antica Fratta represents an undisputed point of reference in the Italian wine scene, particularly in the production of Franciacorta DOCG. Its roots are in the heart of Franciacorta, in an area that has been suited to viticulture for centuries. The history of Antica Fratta began in the mid-19th century, when the Cavaliere di Gran Croce Luigi Rossetti, a wealthy wine merchant, acquired an old farmhouse dating back to the 16th century in the Fratta district of Monticelli Brusati. Rossetti, fascinated by the potential of the area, decided to transform the farmhouse into a residence and to renovate the old cellars, dedicating them to winemaking. Since then, Antica Fratta has been passed down from generation to generation, maintaining its bond with tradition and love for the land. Today, the winery is led by descendants of the Rossetti family, who continue to pursue excellence in the production of Franciacorta. The vineyards of Antica Fratta extend in the heart of Franciacorta for about 35 hectares around the villa. Antica Fratta is constantly committed to the pursuit of quality. The winery participates in numerous national and international competitions, obtaining prestigious results. Furthermore, Antica Fratta is a member of the Franciacorta Consortium, which protects and promotes the Franciacorta brand throughout the world.

Antica Fratta's Cuvée Real represents excellence in the production of Franciacorta, expressing the full potential of this territory renowned for its high-quality sparkling wines. Produced with a blend of Chardonnay (90%) and Pinot Noir (10%) grapes, Cuvée Real benefits from careful vinification and prolonged aging on the lees for at least 24 months. This practice, typical of the Classic Method, gives the wine aromatic complexity and a solid structure. The grapes used for the production of Cuvée Real come from vineyards located on the moraine hills of Franciacorta, a terroir characterized by calcareous-clayey soils rich in minerals. Viticulture is conducted with great care, favoring sustainable practices and respecting the balance of the ecosystem.

Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a symptom of unaltered youth and freshness, fine and persistent perlage, creating a delicate and creamy effervescence that envelops the palate, complex and enveloping aroma, with fruity notes of golden apple, pear and citrus, enriched by delicate floral nuances of acacia and hawthorn. To these are added pleasant hints of bread crust, yeast and vanilla, typical of maturation on the yeasts. On the palate it is full, balanced and elegant, with a lively acidity that enhances its freshness, the fruity and floral notes perceived on the nose are found in the mouth, accompanied by a long and persistent aftertaste, characterized by pleasant hints of hazelnut and brioche. The Cuvée Real by Antica Fratta is a versatile wine, ideal for accompanying aperitifs, delicate appetizers, first courses based on fish, white meats and fresh cheeses. It pairs particularly well with international cuisine and can also be enjoyed alone, as an aperitif at the end of a meal.
