From Valentine's Day, who started cultivating the Ruc of Gnoc, a magnificent high-hill vineyard in Ome, the Maiolini brothers inherit the passion for wine production, and in 1981 they refurbished the family cellar. The decisive breakthrough takes place in the early 1990s with the acquisition of the beautiful area called Campèi, in Valle di Ome. In 1995 work began on the construction of the new winery, dominated by the entire valley. The architecture respects the typology of the old local farmhouses: built with the medolo, fits harmoniously into the scenic landscape, embraced by Majolina rows. Since 1981 the Maiolini family is committed to protecting and enhancing the value of the territory, optimizing the Franciacorta Majolini production procedures in strict compliance with the wine tradition. Who produces a wine of excellence can not and does not want to think of development in numerical terms, but in qualitative terms. The land ownership of the Cantina Majolini extends over the morainic hills of the town of Ome: a village distinguished by its particular geology, consisting of limestone stratifications. Set in a protected cove at the foot of Mount Brione (800 meters), it is surrounded by hills and enjoys a unique microclimate within Franciacorta.

Bouquet: Broad, blunt, with floral notes. Taste: Fruity, persistent and very balanced.
