Micaela is a Valtènesi Riviera del Garda Classico DOC Rosé, an elegant and refined rosé wine, obtained from a blend of native grapes (Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese and Marzemino) with the "salasso" technique. This winemaking method gives the wine a bright petal pink color and an intense and fruity aromatic profile.

Bright petal pink in appearance while the nose perceives the scent of crunchy peach, strawberry, blueberry and raspberry, with citrus nuances and a light note of almond in the finish. Perfect for aperitifs, it pairs well with cold cuts, white meat and lake fish appetizers, light fish-based first courses and pizza.
