The Franciacorta DOCG Brut Bio "Treha" Millesimato di Marzaghe represents a refined and complex expression of the Italian classic method. This organic sparkling wine, produced exclusively with manually selected Chardonnay grapes, embodies the elegance and finesse typical of Franciacorta. The vinification, which involves soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, is followed by a long aging on the lees in the bottle, which lasts for at least 60 months. This maturation period gives the wine a complex structure and a fine and persistent perlage. The production philosophy of Marzaghe, based on respect for the environment and biodiversity, is reflected in the quality and authenticity of this vintage sparkling wine, which requires a minimum of five years from the harvest to be marketed.

"Treha" stands out for its bright straw yellow color and an intense olfactory bouquet, where notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus fruits, white flowers and hints of bread crust and yeast intertwine. On the palate, the wine is dry, fresh and elegant, with good acidity and a long aromatic persistence, which recalls the fruity and toasted notes perceived by the nose. With an alcohol content of 12.5% ​​vol. and a low residual sugar (about 5 g/l), this Franciacorta lends itself to versatile pairings, from aperitifs to fish dishes, shellfish, cheeses and white meats.
