Vanzini's Kairos Pinot Nero represents an authentic expression of the Pinot Nero grape variety, grown in the first and second hills of the Oltrepò Pavese, in particular in the municipality of San Damiano al Colle. This wine, the result of careful work in the vineyard and precise vinification, offers a complex and fascinating organoleptic profile. The vinification of Kairos Pinot Nero takes place in the traditional way, with spontaneous fermentation in steel and maceration on the skins for a variable period depending on the year, in order to best extract the characteristics of the grape variety. The refinement takes place partly in steel and partly in wood, to give the wine greater aromatic complexity and better integration between the different components.

Bright ruby ​​red color, with garnet reflections that intensify with aging. Complex and persistent aroma, characterized by a bouquet of red fruity notes of cherry, raspberry and blackberry, enriched by floral nuances of violet and sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. Delicate toasted and mineral notes are also perceived, which give the wine a pleasant complexity. On the palate it is balanced and well-structured, with fine and velvety tannins that envelop a ripe and juicy fruit. The persistence is excellent, with a long and pleasant finish, characterized by fruity and spicy notes. The Kairos Pinot Nero by Vanzini is a versatile wine, which lends itself to numerous gastronomic pairings. It excels in combination with tasty first courses based on fresh pasta, white and red meats, game and mature cheeses.
